Shannon Willenbucher, President

Shannon Willenbucher has more than 14 years of experience managing, leading and advising organizations through planning, budgeting, and program requirement development processes. Further, Shannon is very experienced in both DoD and Civilian Agency procurements with high levels of complexity. Shannon has experience both on the Government and industry sides, and her perspectives on how to best serve agency needs are second to none.

Shannon has extensive Business and Financial Management experience with U.S. Naval Amphibious Warfare and Shipbuilding programs. She has proven success managing teams supporting the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), and several Program Executive Offices and the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Shannon is DAWIA Level III certified in Business, Cost Estimating, and Financial Management.

Shannon is an alumna of The University of Alabama with a degree in International Economics and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Maryland University College.
